TERMS AND POLICIES
The following conditions apply to every order placed on this website or repairs onsite (store or location). Placing an order with us and/or sending/dropping off your device indicates your acceptance of these Terms of Service.
We are Not Associated with Apple in Any Way
iPC Repair and this website are in NO WAY associated with Apple. ‘Apple,’ ‘iPod,’ ‘iPhone,’ and ‘iPad’ are trademarks of Apple, registered in the U.S.
Opening up your device will void Apple’s warranty that you may or may not have.
If you send your device to us, we will make every attempt to complete the service requested and return it back to you as quickly as possible. If there are other repairs needed on your device, we will contact you and ask for your authorization before any other attempt. If we are unable to reach you via email/phone that you have provided AND your device remains in our facility for more than 30 days, your device will be disposed and treated as abandoned. We will not be held responsible for any devices or the data on those devices that have been abandoned by the customer. Also, the cost of the services provided and the cost of parts of purchase and shipping will not be reimbursed back to the customer.
Loss of Hearing
We are not liable for any hearing loss that you may sustain as a result of using/purchasing devices with our parts and/or services.
To ensure the information from your devices, it is best to back up all your data in case we may need to restore your device. We will not be responsible for any data lost.
Returns and/or Re-Stocking Fee
For any reason a customer would like to return a product, we will charge a 20% restocking fee. For any accessories missing within that product, customer will be charged $9.99 per item.
iPC Repair keeps your personal information private and secure. When you make a purchase from our site, you provide us your name, email address, credit card information, address, phone number, and a password. We use this information to process your order(s), to keep you updated on your orders, and to personalize your shopping experience with us. Our secure servers protect your information using advanced encryption techniques and firewall.
Sales are applied to all sales and services, unless exempted by our personnel and local sales tax laws and policies.
We will not be responsible for any package that is lost, stolen, or damaged packages as of delivery status. All shipping comes with an insured and tracking information for any reason the delivery courier damages the product.
